Columbia Gas of Ohio, Inc., a subsidiary of NiSource Inc. (NYSE: NI), has entered into a contingent lease agreement with Nationwide Realty Investors (NRI) to relocate its headquarters from its current location to Nationwide Boulevard in the Arena District.
