Columbus Fury games to air on CBS Sports Network

CBS Sports Network will feature Columbus’ new professional volleyball team during its inaugural season.
The newly launched Pro Volleyball Federation, which includes the Columbus Fury, will have seven of its April and May matches air on the cable network.
Getting a spot on national television is great exposure for all the teams in the league’s inaugural season, Columbus Fury CEO David Paitson told Columbus Business First.
Paitson said interest in the team has been strong. The Fury’s first home game at Nationwide Arena against the Omaha Supernovas drew a crowd of about 9,000 fans, according to the team.
