These events are critical in raising awareness and funds that advance research and support patients and loved ones with a promise of a better tomorrow.

The American Cancer Society’s most recent estimates state that 43,920 people will be diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and 37,390 people will die of pancreatic cancer in 2012. The Journal of the American Medical Association states that pancreatic cancer is a serious disease, being the fourth leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States.
A dark purple ribbon is used to represent the ongoing fight against pancreatic cancer.
